Do not have appropriate Java Plug-In
Problem:
When running Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6 and when trying to log into the system, you may get a message that says that you did not have the appropriate Java plug-in required to view the site.
Solution:
You need to install the Sun Microsystems Java Virtual Machine. Download the plug-in: Sun Java VM at: http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.html

Menu does not display properly
Problem:
When using Internet Explorer and possibly other browsers, in certain situations the menu bar will be munched together. When you run the cursor over the overlapping words, the menu expands. However, the drop down menu under each heading should drop down under and it does not.

Solution:
No solution is known at this time while using this browser. If you have another browser, such as Safari or Firefox, use one of those instead.
